The fourth installment of the Birka Historical Tattoo Fest is scheduled for June 4th to 7th, 2026, at the historic Birka Vikingastaden. This unique gathering will showcase leading international tattoo artists specializing in Historical, Nordic, Celtic, Baltic, Prehistoric, and Ornamental styles, employing both traditional and modern electrical techniques. Visitors can also engage with skilled craftsmen, purchase unique handcrafted replicas and art, participate in informative workshops and lectures, and immerse themselves in Viking life. The program includes guided tours of the island and ancient Viking burial sites, delicious food, and captivating folk/medieval music performances.
