From September 4th to 6th, 2026, The Center For Rural Development in Somerset, Pulaski County, Kentucky, will host over 100 distinguished tattoo artists hailing from various corners of the globe. This premier event offers an unparalleled opportunity to witness live tattooing, admire intricate artwork, enjoy diverse food options, and experience thrilling competitions. For those seeking a tattoo, many participating artists will accept walk-ins or offer same-day sessions, while appointments can also be arranged directly. Beyond the tattoo displays, a diverse lineup of local food trucks will serve a variety of culinary options throughout the entire weekend. Guests can enjoy these treats while exploring the artists' work, observing live tattoo competitions, and immersing themselves in the festival's unique atmosphere. The festival runs Friday from 1 PM to 9 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 9 PM. Admission is $20 for a one-day pass, $30 for a two-day pass, or $50 for a full weekend pass.
