Cryptid Tattoo and Oddities Expo

The Cryptid Tattoo and Oddities Expo 2026 offers two days for enthusiasts of weird, wild, and obscure arts. Hosted May 23-24 at the Washington State Fair's AgriPlex Building (110 9th Ave SW, Puyallup, WA 98371), this expo, organized by dedicated professionals, aims to forge connections within the arts and tattoo community. It provides a fun, safe, and welcoming environment, promoting equality for all artists, clients, and attendees. Saturday, May 23rd, opens at 11 AM. Tattoo competitions include Funniest Tattoo (12 PM), Small Color (4 PM), American Traditional (6 PM), Black and Grey (8 PM), and Best Of Show (9 PM). Workshops: Raccoon Taxidermy (12 PM-3 PM), Rhino Beetle Pinning (1 PM-2:30 PM), Death Head Moth Pinning (3 PM-4:30 PM), and Jackalope Taxidermy (6 PM-9 PM). Annette LaRue presents 'Coil Machines' (3:30 PM-5:30 PM). An activity is set for 2 PM. The day concludes at 10 PM. Sunday, May 24th, begins at 11 AM. Tattoo categories: Large Black & Grey (12 PM), Large Color (3 PM), and Best in Show (4 PM). Workshops: Jackalope Taxidermy (12 PM-2 PM), Stag Beetle Pinning (1 PM-2:30 PM), Atlas Moth Pinning (3 PM-4:30 PM), and Raccoon Taxidermy (3 PM-5 PM). Another activity is slated for 2 PM. The expo closes at 5 PM.
