About this edition
The Houston Oddities & Curiosities Expo is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, and Sunday, March 15, 2026, at the George R. Brown Convention Center, located at 1001 Avenida De Las Americas, Houston. This two-day event will host hundreds of vendors showcasing a fascinating selection of weird and wonderful items. The expo runs from 10 am to 5 pm daily. Admission is $15 for advance tickets or $20 at the door. All ages are welcome, with free entry provided for children 12 and under. Attendees can enhance their visit by enrolling in specialized classes to learn foundational skills like taxidermy basics, bug pinning, or specimen handling. For convenience, food and beverages will be available for purchase directly on-site. Most vendors accept both cash and card payments. Cosplay is highly encouraged, and wagons are permitted for ease of movement throughout the vendor area. It is crucial for visitors to be aware of important guidelines concerning ticket purchases and vendor interactions. The event organizers do not solicit vendors via social media, as the expo is already fully booked; any such solicitations are fraudulent. Tickets for this Oddities & Curiosities Expo do not sell out, thus, purchasing from resellers is both unnecessary and strongly discouraged. Attendees should only acquire tickets through official channels to prevent scams, as the event maintains a single official online presence.
