The Great Western Tattoo Show (2026)

The Great Western Tattoo Show returns on July 25-26, 2026, offering a vibrant and unforgettable weekend experience. This event will gather up to 100 talented tattoo artists from the region and feature over 30 diverse traders. Attendees can look forward to a wide array of entertainment, complemented by a bar, coffee kiosk, and delicious food trucks, all contributing to a lively atmosphere throughout the weekend. The convention will be hosted at the historic Great Western Hall, situated within STEAM – Museum of the Great Western Railway in Swindon. This beautifully restored former railway works provides a unique and atmospheric backdrop, reflecting Swindon's rich industrial heritage, particularly its famed connection to the Great Western Railway. The venue ensures a smooth experience for all guests, with the convention spanning three levels that are fully accessible via both stairs and lift access. Conveniently located, the venue is adjacent to the National Trust Headquarters, which includes a shop and cafés. Also nearby is the impressive McArthur Glen Designer Outlet Village, home to 90 top brands and 14 restaurants. Visitors will find ample low-cost parking available next to the Outlet Village, and Swindon’s town centre, bus station, and train station are all easily reachable within a short walk.
