The Milwaukee Tattoo Festival returns to the Baird Center in Milwaukee, from May 29-31, 2026, building upon the city's esteemed tattoo history. This three-day celebration will host an international selection of premier tattoo artists alongside local talent, offering a unique opportunity to engage with the art form. Attendees can seize the chance to get tattooed by these visiting and resident artists. While many artists accept appointments in advance, daily availability will also be provided for walk-up tattoos on a first-come, first-served basis. Beyond tattooing, the festival features live art creation, merchandise sales, and competitive tattoo contests. Participate in our highly regarded competitions, showcasing both fresh and healed tattoos throughout the weekend, to vie for impressive display-worthy trophies.
