The South African International Tattoo Convention, an annual three-day event in Cape Town, proudly presents over 120 of the world's top tattoo artists from more than 20 countries. These include a train journey to swim with African penguins, a boat trip in the V&A Harbour, and an exciting three-day 'tattoo safari.'
